I am an organizational development consultant and leadership coach whose work is deeply embedded in my roots as a youth worker in the Puget Sound, Los Angeles, and New York City. A commitment to public service and leadership has been a consistent thread throughout my career. During more than 20 years of leadership in service of youth, families, and communities, I have focused on organizational and individual capacity building, program design and strategy, cross-sector partnerships, and meeting community needs. I am a racial equity advocate grounded in a relationship-based approach to building values-driven cultures, policies, and norms while working towards systems change.

Spark Consulting, LLC emerged out of my passion for staff and organizational development. I find joy outdoors between water and mountains, listening to music and dancing with my partner and son, and sharing food and conversation with family, friends, and community.
